FLOPs (AND OUR AUDIENCES) GIVE Back

Thanks to our audiences, ComedyFLOPs has raised over $16,000 for area charities since 2011!
Since its inception, ComedyFLOPs has worked to keep live improv comedy accessible and affordable while supporting charitable organizations in our community. Originally our shows were free with a suggested donation; today, our low-cost performances at the Ake Gallery continue to allocate a portion of proceeds to local nonprofits.

In April 2017 we began supporting a new charity each month, allowing us to promote the work of many worthy organizations while making a meaningful contribution to their efforts. Since our founding, we have supported 66 different community organizations across the Finger Lakes region. We are grateful to these organizations for the amazing work they do — and to our audiences for helping make that support possible.

ComedyFLOPs is an Ithaca, NY-based improv comedy troupe performing live at The Ake Gallery in Cortland, NY and throughout the Finger Lakes region.
